Extra protection for your client's home and family.
Legal issues at home can be stressful, unexpected, and expensive. Alps Home Legal Expenses, underwritten by an A-Rated insurer, provides your clients and their immediate family with expert legal support, advice, and up to £75,000 indemnity when facing disputes that affect their home, rights, finances, or wellbeing. It’s all about giving families confidence and protection when they need it most.
What’s Covered:
Home Legal Protection offers support across a wide range of real-life situations – from consumer disputes over faulty goods or services, to legal issues arising from damage, theft, trespassing or other infringements of home rights. Clients are also covered for employment disputes such as unfair dismissal or redundancy, and supported through detailed personal tax examinations via a free expert helpline. The policy includes protection against identity theft, defence in criminal prosecutions, assistance with education-related appeals, and support with probate disputes after the death of a close family member. Jury service costs and the pursuit of personal injury claims caused by another party’s negligence are also included, providing well-rounded cover for life’s most common legal challenges.
