What’s Covered:
This cover provides swift assistance for the most common and costly household emergencies – including leaking or burst pipes, blocked drains, water damage, and total electricity or water supply failure. Clients are supported through sudden breakdowns of their primary heating system, internal gas leaks, roof damage, and inoperable toilets causing flooding or blockages. We also provide help securing the home if external door or window locks fail, plus pest removal for wasps, hornets, rats or mice. With up to three claims per policy period, a £1,000 limit, and contributions towards alternative accommodation when needed, clients can rest assured that urgent problems at home are handled quickly and professionally.

When is the earliest I make a claim?
You cannot make a claim within the first 14 days of the policy being incepted and we will only pay out up to 3 claims within the policy period.
I live in an old house; can I still take out this policy?
Yes, but please note any heating systems over 10 years old will not be covered.
Are there any circumstances where a boiler claim would be rejected?
Any claims where your boiler is deemed beyond economic repair. Any boilers that have not been serviced in line with the manufacturers guidance or where you cannot provide evidence that the boiler has been serviced within the last 12 months.
