If tools are stolen, damaged, or destroyed, what would you do?
Tools are the backbone of any trade – and when they’re lost, stolen or damaged, work stops and cash flow follows. Alps Tools in Transit provides reliable protection for the equipment your clients depend on every day, ensuring they can replace essential tools quickly and keep their business moving. Designed specifically for tradespeople, this cover offers practical, comprehensive support against unexpected events that could disrupt their livelihood.
Whats Covered:
Tools in Transit offers straightforward, dependable protection, backed by a 24/7 claims line and a simple claims process to minimise disruption. The policy covers damage to tools during loading, unloading or while stored on the vehicle, and – unlike many alternatives – can also cover theft, even when the vehicle is unattended (subject to policy conditions). Clients can choose from indemnity limits ranging from £500 to £10,000, tailoring the cover to the value of their equipment. Overnight cover is also included when the vehicle is parked in a well-lit, visible location near where the policyholder is staying. It’s practical, flexible protection designed to keep tradespeople moving, whatever happens.
