No, HMOs are excluded as they are considered subdivided properties.

How many claims can my client make during the period of insurance?

There is a limit of up to 3 claims during the period of insurance. We will not pay for more than three claims within the period of insurance.

Can my client take out the policy if the property is unoccupied for any amount of time?

We will not cover any claim where the premises have been left unoccupied for 30 consecutive days or more

My client lives abroad are they able to take a policy out for their property in the UK?

This insurance is only valid if You are a permanent resident in the Territorial Limits and the Insured Premises is situated within those.
