Guaranteed Hire Vehicle

A GHV is provided for up-to 14 days (VW Caddy equivalent). In the event of a Fault RTA, Fire, Theft or Total Loss.

Cover for Theft & Damaged Tools

Cover is provided in the event of tools being damaged whilst being loaded onto, housed upon or unloaded from the vehicle. Cover also in the event of your tools being stolen, even when your vehicle is unattended (Restrictions apply, please see policy wording for full terms and conditions). The indemnity limit is £1000.

Sole Trader Legal Expenses

The claim limit for the Sole Trader Legal Expenses is £50,000.

Personal Cover

Includes consumer disputes, home rights, personal injury, property protection and identity theft.

Contract Disputes

Cover for disputes with a customer or supplier relating to the sale, hire or supply of goods and services.

Overnight Tools Cover

Overnight Cover is afforded if the vehicle is parked in a well-lit area, on the same street and clearly visible from the property in which your client is residing that night.

Debt Recovery

Cover for fees incurred in the recovery of money or interest due from another business for the provision of goods or services.

Tax Investigation

Includes Tax, PAYE, VAT or NIC disputes.

Pothole Damage

Cover for fees incurred in pursuing a relevant local authority for damage caused to your insured vehicle on a public highway, as a consequence of a pothole.

Cover for fees incurred in pursuing the recovery of illegal clamping or towing fees related to your vehicle.

Unenforceable Parking Fines

Cover for fees incurred in appealing to the local authority or independent adjudicator against an unenforceable parking fine.
