Roadside Assistance & Local Recovery

A trained mechanic will be deployed as soon as possible to get your client back on the road at the scene of a breakdown. If the vehicle can’t be fixed at the side of the road, recovery to a local garage is included without extra cost.

Wide Range of Vehicles Covered

Our cover is specialised, yet can be bespoke to suit all kinds of clients. We have a wide range of options to cater for cars, motorcycles, vans, hire and reward vehicles, driving schools, classic cars and larger commercial vehicles.

Nationwide Recovery

Recovery of your client’s vehicle and passengers to any single destination within policy limits is offered as part of our Road Rescue Solutions plans. If required, a replacement vehicle or overnight accommodation can be arranged where appropriate.

Fleet Road Rescue

Fleets are catered for via a user-friendly online fleet proposition, with fixed pro-rata rates to ensure a common renewal date for the fleet. Mixed cover types are available with no requirement for all vehicles on the fleet to be covered – so whether your client is large or small, has 10 vans or 100 cars, we can support them without issue.

Homestart

Some insurance providers penalise clients if they break down close to their place of residence – but this still causes the individual hassle and is likely to incur costs if the vehicle has to be moved – no matter what the distance may be. We provide your clients with total peace of mind should they require assistance within one mile of their home.

Mandatory Options

We are able to provide options to create bespoke mandatory schemes with attractive net rates to set you apart from your competitors and allow you to offer more specialised cover for clients with specific or unusual requirements.

European Cover

Thanks to an extensive European network, we are able to provide comprehensive cover across the continent including Roadside Assistance, Recovery, Onward Transportation & Vehicle Repatriation.

SMS Text Messaging

Handy, convenient and instantaneous: clients are sent a text confirming the emergency number to call in the event of a breakdown.

Misfuelling Cover

If you put the wrong fuel into your vehicle, we will arrange for the tank to be drained, flushed and refilled with ten litres of the correct fuel. You are also covered for engine damage indemnity of up to £1500.

Generous Vehicle Dimensions

Our ‘Up to 3.5T’ scheme allows vehicles up to 7 metres in length, 2.25 metres wide and 3 metres in height. These dimensions increase on our ‘Up to 7.5T’ scheme to 8.5 metres in length, 2.5 metres wide and 3.5 metres high – so we can cater for small, specialised and larger vehicles alike.

Key Care

In the event that you lose the keys to your vehicle or have them stolen, we now offer £50 towards replacement costs.

Parts & Labour Add-On

When your client’s vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside we’ll help cover the cost of mechanical repairs
Additional cover is available for the cost of repair or replacement of insured parts when a vehicle can’t be fixedby the roadside and needs to be towed to a garage for repair
